Although SAE Institute is a private college, the DFES have given our 3 degree programmes specific designation for purposes of student finance/funding. These programmes are:

Accordingly, our Degree Students are able to take the maximum 3000 GBP Tuition Fee Loan per year of study and apply for a Student Loan.

The Student Loans Company enter dates for the above programmes onto their database, which LEAs/Student Finance can check – however, at certain times in the year this database is frozen as they update information. In this case the dates for the above programmes will appear later, entered by the SLC – so there is no need to contact the college.

No other programmes we offer attract Tuition Fee Loans or Student Loans – so if a student applies for funding for other than the above programmes, they are not eligible (or they have made a mistake in the name of their programme.)
