SAE Institute is the largest worldwide private college for Audio Engineering and Digital Film training. SAE provides practical training courses, as well as academic degree programmes. The Liverpool campus opened its doors in 2002 and provides an extension of the SAE network to the North-West of England. It is situated directly opposite Liverpool's well known 'Three Graces' including the Royal Liver Buildings.
SAE Liverpool currently offers the Audio Engineering Programme (at Diploma level) and Electronic Music Production course (Certificate level study).
30/6/08 - Antares Autotune & BFD Guest Lecture
Today our students attended a lecture focusing on the features found in BFD as well as Antares Autotune.
Tom Carter, a software specialist and trainer from Sonic 8 distribution, demonstrated key features in the latest versions of BFD , Antares Autotune as well as other Antares plug-ins available.
Students had the opportunity to get questions answered as well as viewing and hearing various applications of the software.
BFD as well as Autotune are part of the packages that students are able to train on within the Liverpool facilities.
18/6/08 - Liverpool voted most musical city in England
Liverpool has surged to victory in Arts Council England's 'Take it away' search to find the UK's Most Musical City. Liverpool beat ten cities to be named the most musical city in England in an Art Council on-line poll. Liverpool Culture Company music manager Gordon Ross said: "The city today has a phenomenal pool of talent."
