Redemption Terms & Conditions:
• Vouchers can be exchanged for a half day specialised workshop at SAE Liverpool only.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• The voucher is non-transferable and is not exchangeable for any other goods or services provided by SAE Institute.
• Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
• Vouchers must be registered with SAE Liverpool within 30 days of date of issue by calling 0151 255 1313.
• Upon registering, SAE Liverpool will contact you within 30 days with details of the next available workshop associated with the item that the voucher was awarded with and secure your placement on that workshop.
• The Voucher must be presented to SAE Liverpool at the start of the workshop.
• Should the recipient of the voucher not be able to attend the workshop they must inform SAE Liverpool not later than one week prior to the date of the workshop. SAE Liverpool will offer a second and last opportunity to join another workshop to be held at a later date. Note: Workshop topic may differ from initial booking.
• Failure to inform SAE Liverpool at least one week prior to the date of the workshop or failure to attend the workshop does not entitle the recipient to another booking.
• Should the recipient of the voucher be unable to attend a workshop due to illness, SAE Liverpool will offer a second and last opportunity to join another workshop upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
• The recipient of the voucher must meet standard SAE workshop admission guidelines.
